Haizzzz.... what a sad state of affairs..

Just wanted to mumble a bit about the amount of Ahlians and Ahbengs around now, for those of you not native to these shores..how to explain..

An Ahbeng would be a stereotyped Singaporean/Malaysian male who speaks local slangs (Hokkien or Cantonese mixed with English and Malay) and likes to be noticed by wearing trendy (read ugly) fashion items, ie, tight outfits of luminous colour (Prominent brands like Versace, Moschino etc), coloured/dyed/bleached (Known as Golden Monkey hair) hair and accessories such as handphones, necklaces, all of which are conspicusously displayed. Shirts with dragons on are the thing, and tatoos too, lots of tatoos, usually also dragons. They usually drive normal cars such as a Wira 1.3 with an Evo III full bodykit, alloy spoiler, racing rims, 5" barbeque set exhaust and super loud techno playing stereo with flashing lights. (You can see such cars at The Rice Boy Page). Full Fast & Furious style with neon lights under the car.

They love to listen to Techno music (known as feng tau, literally translated means 'shake head') and dance badly.

There is also a Hong Kong variation commonly known as 'Gu Wak Jai' something like those guys from the Young And Dangerous movie series.

Most Ahbengs are emulating these guys (Ekin Chen, Jordan Cham etc).

Many are real gangsters, or wanna-be's mostly involved in some part with some kind of Triad gang like their gu wak jai idols.

The Ahlian would be the female version, something like the asian version of a Bimbo. Baby G watch, in pink, again lots of branded stuff like Ferragamo headbands or belts, Versace, Gucci, LV etc..Mostly fake but the label must still be prominently displayed along with the latest handphone with pink cover. Huge platform shoes are a requirement and blonde/red/blue streaks in the hair, the aim is to look like one of the gorgeous Hong Kong pop chicks..but it rarely works.

They also both like to swear a huge amount with such gems as 'Diu lei mou chao hai!' 'Ni na ma' 'Diu nia seng' and 'Ka ni na!' The favourite alltimer I think is 'Chao cibai' shouted/screamed like CHOOOOOOOOWWWWW CHEEEEEEEE BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIII

If you enter any cybercafe you will see some bengs too playing counterstrike, howling like monkeys with the speakers on full blast..the Ahlians will be sitting around playing 02Jam and giggling.

If I offended anyone I know..sorry, but you are an Ahbeng and you know it Fortunately most the people I know have grown up and are no longer in that stage (even me, I have retired most of my dragon shirts).

Life On the Counter Strike

A lot of people at the age of me says that Counter Strike sucks. True that? for me its being a long story for me to get hooked onto cs, ive been playing it since i was a kid (standard5, er..not sure a kid,im 14 now) its addicting, fast paced and requires good reflexes...(unless you play with hack). I used to play on the Internet when i was a novice player, which are usually Chinese servers (high ping 300++, and SxE), and it lags alot. I was a noob then, killing once and get killed 10 times, ratio of 1 : 10 usually. BUt then i discoved LAN, wohooo, and played at IC's and got ping like 3ms or so and it never lags(im lame).Thennnn, a few years later im still a noob, so.... i started about hacking through to be a PRO. Well, yeah, SSW3.2 was my first hack but its still not perfect yet because internet servers are rare and lags no matter how PRO im im still a noob. Then there goes the Garena (eyes glowing), which offers great ping and its anti-hack(i still hack,bcos i hacked garena 1st), so.... by then im pro with hack and by now im still a noob in skills.... in cs...well its a long story but i cut it reall short. i enjoy posting so im gonna post this.lolz?

Congrats to myself, ive found myself a great companion of mine and now it somewhat pushed me away. I dunno whether i should cry or i should just act as if nothing had happened. Listen to the Ne-Yo song 'Fade into the Background'. The lyrics represents my situation exactly. Its sad...and sorrowful. Its confusing sometimes when u r so-called in the mood of making-a-very-close-personal-relationship with some other human beings of ur opposite gender. At my age, ppl protest me from doing all that lovey dovey stuff bcos those stuff will always end up crushing down and i will suffer 'trauma'. The higher climb the higher you fall, as the saying goes.... Slap myself in the face, and stop imagining....its sad....really. Maybe its because ive watched toooo much those episode series of 'In Life Destined to Love You' drama love story which it intoxicated me with bullshit love story and fantasies. Lolz?

Lame GBA SP news flash

LOL, posting for fun. Recently im testing my GBA SP (im childish, still, i play PSP more) to the limit. How? Its stupid. I simply turned it on with a catridge inside (Mario stuff) and turned off the light. And guess what, it stayed on for about like 24 hours non stop, at the same screen, and the battery LED is still green, lol. But later the screen malfuntioned and it has those ghost images on the screen (stuck screen)....I hope it will go away cuz i wanna give it away, or sell it....and also....i Loved wrecking the catridges by dismantling the cover and play with the circuit board a bit. Plugging battries out and crash testing is fun with electronic stuff (especially when bits of it flew everywhere), lol.

Lame Graphics Card For Me

I got my hands on a ATI Radeon 4350 GPu MSI based graphics card the other day. Well, this graphics card is gold to me althouhg i bought it cheap(real cheap at RM 160,but its a NEW one). I think this series of card is like already on the market months ago but who cares, as long as it can replace my stupid obsolete IntelGMA900 accelerator, im a happy camper already. I used to play counter strike at FPS that is like 30fps (should be 72fps) and the suffering ends now. I can play Halo2 and NFS Carbon, but it still sometimes lag for some reason. Maybe i didnt install the PCIe x16 whatever they call external power to the power sucker card and i think it is underpowerd. The model i bought has a 512bb GDDR3 which it claims to offer 'seamless' gaming experience to hardcore gamers, thats what the manufacturer says(urm..a few months ago,again). But paired with my Via motherboard with a Pentium 4 and 512mb of RAM, this graphics card performs quite well at rendering lame games like the CounterSTikre and the old school Juiced racing game. But what can i expect, im just another kid from the block with sucky comps and sucky net.Sob...
